HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
Your order is shipped within 2 to 3 days. Our average delivery times are 7 to 21 business days worldwide. In any case, if you do not receive your item within 60 days, we will fully refund you, and you can keep the item when you receive it.

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are FREE for all orders.
Where are you based?
Our company is based in France. We ship our packages directly from our producers located in Asia.
Who delivers my item?
Your items are delivered via your local postal service.
What are the delivery hours?
Items are delivered according to your local post office’s schedule.
What happens if no one is home?
Don’t worry, if your items are small enough, they will be left in your mailbox. Otherwise, your package will be left at your local post office for you to pick up.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Don’t worry, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately, and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, as per our terms and conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further modifications can be made.
Is your site secure?
This site is 100% secure. In fact, one could even say it’s 300% secure. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or PayPal on our site. We do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% “satisfied or refunded” guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, and we will fully refund the item price as soon as it arrives back to us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs must be covered by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
